Sometimes when you meet people you know there and then that the wedding day is going to be amazing! Back when we met Anina and Tine they haven’t had much to share about their plans just yet … they’ve only just gotten engaged and although the bride had a rough idea about the style of the wedding, not much was in the clear yet. But they were so excited, so genuinely interested in everything wedding related, that it was hard not to get excited with them. We’ve stayed in touch over the email since then and we later on learnt our intuition was absolutely on point. Anina picked the perfect dress and styled it up with some Marchesa earrings (so edgy if I may say!), Emporia did her beautiful white bouquet – all out of garden roses and eucalyptus. One of their good friends Lea Plut made sure everything from the escort cards to table centrepieces and chairs were beautifully set for us to photograph, and everything was ready to begin.
Anina and Tine’s wedding was hands down one of our favourites. The ceremony was a bit longer than usual and we loved it – the emotion and grace behind it. We loved seeing people so genuinely happy for them, and we loved seeing them so thrilled and eager to get to the ring exchange and the kiss part! And as soon as that happened, the realness of this special day truly hit everybody around. They spent a bit of cocktail hour with their family and friends before we sneaked away for some portraits in the beautiful town near by, stopping by the olive grove on the way back. It truly made for an amazing backdrop for their elegant portraits. Thanks Anina & Tine for allowing us in and letting us capture your day!
